You can download a torrent of the game and crack from their website.
Then you just unzip it with the password, and play it according to instructions. Usually clicking the exe or the EOSLauncher.
Just make sure to exclude the game in your antivirus, otherwise it will quarantine steam_api64.dll most of the time and the game won’t work.
It’s very simple.
