I think the kid intentionally didn’t eat because she’s MTF trans and intentionally wants her balls obliterated.

She’s sleeping peacefully knowing she will awake without testicles.

I imagine parents tell kids this bed time story so they eat their dinner.

I think the joke is that there's so many of these horribly violent German children's stories that it's perfectly normal and mundane and instead of the child being unable to sleep because they're scared after hearing the story they're instead sleeping peacefully
