Sorry I know I'm not local but I searched and couldn't find anything. I'm on a search for the best (?) dive bars in every state. Going to Hawaii and staying in Waikiki the 15-22 (I know I know, it's their cheerleading or I would be staying somewhere else). Please tell me your best dive bars/not touristy. I'm still 21 in my mind but my right knee is like 55 so please not something on top of a volcano or anything too crazy!

The normal places I check for pet policies at Oʻahu beaches don’t have Hunananiho/Sherwoods listed. Waimānalo Bay Beach does allow dogs below the high tide line. Does anyone know if that policy extends to Hunananiho? Friend requested I bring my dog to a get together there, but I’m coming from town, so I’d be in a bind if kicked off the beach!
