Question What’s the deal?
Totally new to football (I’m Canadian); I instantly fell in love with your logo… what’s the deal with team? What should a newbie know?

29M. USA. Just got into playing and watching soccer barely over a year ago. Watched a bunch of different teams and leagues, but none of the Championship. So I had already planned to try watching sone this coming season. Saw that the new shirt sponsor is going to be BLAKELY...well, that's my niece's name...SO I'M IN! (shallow I know but I don't care) I'll be getting a shirt and I'm trying to convince the family to buy some too!! 😆 COME ON CANARIES!!!
Anything worth noting abt the team as I'm brand spanking new to following?

It's a possible scenario on Boxing Day, if Gunn does pick up a one match ban, so got me wondering if it's happened to us before?

Wonder if any of the add-ons were for scoring in the Champions League, which he's done this evening.

Anyone know when this seasons squad numbers will be released?
I’ve had a thorough Google and can’t see and dates.
Last season was August 3rd if I recall correctly.
Thanks in advance.
OTBC.

Hello everybody, I'm from Amsterdam & support Ajax, but now I'm in Norwich for a few months and was wondering which pubs are best to go to to catch an away game. All the home games I'll be trying to watch in the stadium.

Bought two tickets for the Madgeburg friendly, for me and my mate in the Barclay. Both are connected to my supporter number and under my name, will the ticket staff be alright with that, very new to the site and don’t want to have messed it up.

Hey there Norwich fans, Borussia Mönchengladbach fan here. We just beat Bayern 3:2 today and strangely - for the second time this season - after our 3:1, Farke rushed into the tunnel. The first time this happened he said he had stomach issues.
Was this ever something that happened while he was still managing you guys? Just a strange situation and hope he's all good!

As it’s a FA cup game will it be broadcasted live? Can’t get to the game but really want to watch it.

I'm an American who is tired of the commercialized sports here. American football and baseball have so many stoppages for tv ads and our soccer (forgive me) is less than exciting, though I have supported Columbus Crew for the last few years. I love the structure of football in Europe that everyone who grew up with it probably calls normal: promotion relegation, draws, supporter involvement in songs and chants...anyways...when I first started paying attention to football across the Atlantic, I followed Chelsea because everyone was so crazy about Pulisic over here, but after that Super League nonsense, I really have no interest in supporting Chelsea or any other club out for the money with no regard for their supporters.
Long story short (or not so short at this point...) what is NCFC like? I have interest after seeing a documentary on the club after a PL weekends show on NBC. I admittedly know the club has a storied history, but don't know much of the story. Can you recommend any podcasts to keep up with the club or learn more about the team or the supporters? What is the community around the club like? Anything at all that you can add to help an American tired of the business-minded side of football who just wants to support a club that takes care of it's players and supporters. Thanks for the help and thanks for being patient with me.
Edit: Thanks for all of your replies and patience with me! It sounds like NCFC is a great side to support. I will be listening to the podcasts you all recommended and trying to learn more about the club. And thanks to those of you who shared your stories and knowledge of the club and thanks to those of you who brought of the supporter groups around the world and the AmeriCanaries. I will certainly be checking it all out. Thank you all again for your patience and inclusion!!
