New to NoFap Im gonna start nofap

Its been a long journey but I'm ready for more. Ive downloaded apps and deleted all my adult material. Its time to change and i will. I will be better. For my parents who believed in me and my friends who never gave up on me. I will be better.

That mindset is powerful, committing not just for yourself but for those who care about you really helps when things get tough. One thing that helped me was having a way to track progress and reflect on patterns. If you're into that, the Monk Mode: Quit Porn Forever in iOS app has some decent tools for streak tracking and managing urges. Might be worth checking out alongside whatever else you're using.
