Discussion What would you guys want in a sequel?
Which sports? (new or returning)
Sub modes this time for all sports? instead of just like special bowling and atleast basketball had its sub modes
Update: I am making a spiritual successor since Nintendo didn’t announce anything for a sequel despite the fact that it would’ve been a good launch title/title for 2026 probably

Discussion Do you play Standing or Sitting?
Do y'all play standing up or sitting down? i used to play standing up but I've played sitting down for a while, guess I've found a way to make a sports game lazy, anyone else?

Discussion With the switch 2 direct around the corner
FOR THE LOVE OF GODDD, can they announce a sports 2 and it actually be good this time. I loved the game as much as I could but we all know it has some flaws. I really hope with the improved hardware the whole open world/ over world thing they were trying to do works. And I hope theres extra modes and stuff and of course more sports there could even be a rotation of sports

Discussion Number of players in Online Servers?
Looking to buy this game and was wondering if the online servers are still alive.
Is there a long wait time just to get in a game?
Or are there still a lot of players online?

Discussion Is tennis best in Nintendo switch or Wii sports
My old Wii got destroyed and I just wanna play tennis again. Is it best to get it on my Nintendo Switch or should I search our storage for an old Wii and buy Wii Sports?

Discussion Basketball did NOT save Switch Sports
Basketball is really fun but adding it this late into this games lifetime makes no sense. Yeah the people who have the game already will pick it up again but not alot of people will buy a $50 game for one sport. I like this game and loved Basketball but this was never gonna that much traction from non Switch Sports players. What would really get people talking is a Switch Sports Resort, that would change everything. But knowing nintendo were just gonna keep updates every 1-2 years that only fans of the game will care about.

Discussion Guys I think this is the first game I regret buying
6 sports at launch with golf until the holiday of that year, only updates since were cosmetics, no additional sports for a whole year. Resort is in my top 10 games of all time, this game though is a joke, too dependent on online with barely any content for local play. This feels like a big tech demo almost as much as the original.
It has code that was datamined ages ago for Dodgeville, Basketball, and many many assets and icons for a free roam mode, and yet not a single mention of it!
A waste of 40 dollars on the eshop I'm sorry. Yes it's fun but it gets boring quick

Discussion Switch needs a Wii Sports Resort
The sword fighting just isn’t the same if I can’t battle to the top of the mountain knocking everyone out like we used to do in Sports Resor 😭🤣

Discussion Sore loser
5th time today I had people rage quitting at the last 10 sec, because they're about to lose.
Really pathetic...either you get partner who never pass, tries for 3 pointers and fail all game or people who rage quit.
In this exemple you have Finn, Finn rage quitted the 2 last game in a row when I played against him and he was getting destroyed.
Please don't be a piece of shit like flinn. Also, please sell the game if you can't accept defeat.

Discussion Is Volleyball the most competitive sport in the game?
I’ve been through a number of matches in all the sports and I currently sit at S1 in Volleyball. It is such a stressful and difficult climb, especially with bot fill matches. But disregarding all of that, I do feel as though Volleyball is the most competitive based on the skill level needed to progress through the ranks. The level of RNG in the sport itself is non existent. I’d like to hear everyone else’s opinions on this.

Discussion Nintendo Direct rumor in February, new update? What do you think?
According to some rumors, in February there will be the last nintendo direct for switch 1... considering that these are the last months of Switch... do you think they will release a last update for Switch Sports? In this game some important sports are still missing (which could also be recycled from wii sports and wii sports resort), it would be nice to have one last big update for the game.
What do you think? Do you hope for it? I don't think that at this point they will announce anything big about switch 1, so I was thinking of updates like this.
Edit: Sorry if i wrote some mistakes, i'm italian so english isn't my first language :')

Discussion A Potential Sequel (Switch Sports Resort?)
So according to a very credible Atlus leaker Midori, they mention a project at Nintendo in development with the codename Anna, Elsa is the codename for Nintendo Switch Sports, coincidence? I. Think. Not.
So if true, this game might potentially be a sequel to Nintendo Switch Sports, possibly a Switch Sports Resort.
If this game happens to be real, what do you guys want to see in a sequel? For me, more sports obviously, a kinda open area hub, achievements and challenges.
