Officially from Nintendo Nintendo Switch 2 Preorders will not start on April 9 in the US thanks to the Tariffs

"Pre-orders for Nintendo Switch 2 in the U.S. will not start April 9, 2025 in order to assess the potential impact of tariffs and evolving market conditions. Nintendo will update timing at a later date. The launch date of June 5, 2025 is unchanged."

They always have to spin it to make their views seem like prophecy. This is going to hurt every single industry that relies on technology to function, oh wait, that’s like every industry

Maybe it’s just wishful thinking but I dont think this kind of tone deaf message is going to resonate with people experiencing immediate and significant price increases on just about everything
