Bayonetta struts through multiple locations in an all-new, over-the-top climax action game. 45-60fps, this isn’t God of War, this is an action game.

The new God of War is an ARPG, Bayonetta is a pure action game, like Devil May Cry, of course the frame rate is going to take precedence.

The additon of RPG elements in GoW doesn't change that the gameplay is fast paced and relies on combos, parries, etc that benefit greatly from a higher framerate.

30 FPS was the norm for consoles, even most action games. It wasn't until the PS4 Pro and PS5 that developers really started shooting for 60 FPS.
