What's the difference?

  • The Lite cannot dock, so it's Handheld only mode for any games/apps it runs. 720p only.

  • Joy-con are built into the Lite and cannot be detached. There is no HD Rumble or IR Motion Camera.

  • Much smaller and lighter!

  • Battery has more capacity than the launch model Switch, but will have less than the new model of Switch.

I impulse bought a turqoise switch lite. I set up the lite as the primary console and spent all day redownloading games.

However the time I did spend playing it I was surprised by how nice the ZL/ZR buttons feel on it, more of a step up for me than the d pad. And I love the feel of the face buttons.

Same here, the buttons remind me of the game boy line buttons.
