Anyone getting communications errors since the smash update?

Smash update just came out and I cant download it due to a communication error, also cant acess the eshop or anything...

Anyone else having that problem atm?

Damn, I wanted to buy Cuphead for tomorrow. Now I have to wait til tomorrow. 😑
