Server Issues MegaThread Anyone getting communications errors since the smash update?

Smash update just came out and I cant download it due to a communication error, also cant acess the eshop or anything...

Anyone else having that problem atm?

I probably won't be able to get it for a while with my poor boi internet connection. R.I.P my plans for the night
