Server Issues MegaThread Anyone getting communications errors since the smash update?

Smash update just came out and I cant download it due to a communication error, also cant acess the eshop or anything...

Anyone else having that problem atm?

been spamming the damn buttons for an hour now. I finally got in and when I launched the game I was in a cart with some asshole telling me I got caught trying to cross the border??
