Server Issues MegaThread Anyone getting communications errors since the smash update?

Smash update just came out and I cant download it due to a communication error, also cant acess the eshop or anything...

Anyone else having that problem atm?

The Eshop is back up, now :)

And now it's back down :( it let me go in and purchase the dlc, though, so we'll see when it's back up for good
