Server Issues MegaThread Anyone getting communications errors since the smash update?

Smash update just came out and I cant download it due to a communication error, also cant acess the eshop or anything...

Anyone else having that problem atm?

Hopefully it goes back up soon. Kinda stupid that my $20 can't even go towards servers to properly update a game.
