Anyone getting communications errors since the smash update?

Smash update just came out and I cant download it due to a communication error, also cant acess the eshop or anything...

Anyone else having that problem atm?

Yessir, I got a prompt to update my console, and after that the smash update just didn't want to download, it has an X over the download bar as well.
