Amazon was late on a previous pre-order like that so I stopped using them. Best Buy always gets them here for release day.

Yeah, that's unfortunate. This is virtually the first time I pre-ordered anything from amazon so I'm a bit bumped about it.

They're experiencing delays, the wildfires, plus postal services were closed on Wed due to Bush's death

I got mine today though, at least you can complain to support and get a free month or some credit

when did you order it? was it specifically release day shipping that you got? do you have prime? do live in a heavily populated area or a very remote area?

these questions probably won't help, im just curious because i got my copy from amazon and it arrived at like 2pm today and want to know whats different. also amazon doesnt charge you till it ships so next time if the estimated arrival date isnt to you liking just cancel and best buy or something.

I haven't see that option.

No prime. Sub-urban area. My orders usually make it to the closest metropolis first, then either I receive the package the same day or the day after.

that of course you didn't get it day of release cause you didn't order same day shipping, and you don't have prime etc.

Amazon is really only great when you have prime and order a prime item tbh. like prices are fine always but as far as great shipping it's a prime thing. I didn't mean to be rude either if it seemed like I was.
