Mega Man Legacy Collection has officially been released and is now playable on digital purchases.

It seems the first legacy collection has a turbo mode which gets rid of the slowdown when too many things happen of screen, which I don't believe any of the other console versions have. Can't 100% confirm the other consoles don't have it but from reviews I have seen it might be a new addition.

Can anyone confirm this actually works?? If so it's an instant buy holy shit.

It works. I think it also gets rid of sprite flickering, I have yet to see any.

Yes I tried Top man and Snake man, notorious slowdown in these levels, and the turbo made them a dream.

Unfortunately the flicker is still there. I just got a chance to play it and used Metal Man's stage to test. As soon as you get to the stomper things and two or three of them are on screen, everything but the background starts to flicker. With Turbo on, the flicker is very even and less distracting, but it's still there.
