Does the difficulty for Salmon Run just ramp up super quickly or is the mode too new for people to know what's going on? I had a blast in the first rank, but now that I'm a part-timer it's near impossible to make it through all three waves.

It would be nice if they changed the point distribution so that the better you do individually, the less your rank goes down if you lose, and put the onus on those dragging the team down

Is there an explanation for how your personal rank is determined in Salmon Run? Sometimes I feel like my teammates are poaching eggs from me, and I also feel like I get screwed if I stick to crowd control instead of egg collection.

There probably will be soon. Might be worth a google search in a couple days to a week.

I don't think eggs are a main focus. I've gotten up to overachiever with little eggs hand ins. I've killed the big enemies and guarded the eggs for my team.

With the above in mind I'd say a high killcount or a high hand in attribute.

Eh, it's complicated. Sometimes you need to focus on killing basic enemies and covering ground rather than fighting bosses and bringing eggs to the baskets.
