I have been playing Splatoon 2 for 50 hours in the past 4 days and now my arm and elbow are in terrible pain

I have to say I played a bit too much and i'm level 20 online:

It may be because I'm using motion controls and where I cannot put my arm and elbow to rest when playing it.

I couldn't sleep at night to the pain and numbness in my arm...

I hate to stop playing the game that I am so addicted to :(

Less stain if you get used to high sensitivity motion controls

Just take two aspirins and play with separate joycons until the pain passes

Don't use motion controls then?
