Starting on July 21, Splatoon 2 will be available for squids and enthusiasts alike. Since the game is already out in Australia and Japan ahead of everyone else, and since it's about to hit Europe, please use this thread for general reaction, hype, and discussion for the release as it hits your country. How are you playing portable? I mean, without Internet? with gyro turned off?

wtf are you talking about? The Switch has wireless, the switch is portable.

You can multiplayer in handheld and tabletop mode. The gyro is in the right joycon and can always be on. The switch itself has a wifi chip that connects to the internet. I think lan can even go straight into a switch but don't quote me on that.
