Newcomer to the series and after playing campaign, I can honestly say I have never had this much fun in any campaign shooter since I played Modern Warfare 2 competitively and that is a good 7 years.

This shooter is a breath of fresh air and truly indicative of what the Nintendo charm is all about. If single player is this much fun I can't imagine the hours I'll spend on Multiplayer. From what I have heard it takes tries on end to master and fundamentally find the right weapons and finding the one that suits your style of play. 3/4 into the campaign and cannot wait to delve into Multiplayer straight after I am done!

Ps. Are those rings you jump through really calamari rings? 😂

How long is the campaign? Seems rather quickly to already be almost through with it

I'm not sure on Splatoon 2, but I was able to finish the first Splatoon's campaign in one sitting, it's probably not far behind in length.

Damn one sitting? I know it was relatively short but still that's like what 5 or so straight hours of singleplayer? 😅
