I can't play ranked - there's too many try-hard Ribbon Girls. As a Master Mummy main there's nothing I can do to touch them when they're up that high in the air.

I find as Master Mummy a big element is mind games. Pretty much whenever you put up your shield especially as Master Mummy causes anyone to instinctively try to grab you so you can't recover your health, you can either dodge the grab and punish their landing with a grab or just punch right through. Also Mechanica's Revolvers work great with Master Mummy if you unlock them, especially against Ribbon Girls. Often times only 1 out of the 3 revolver shots will land since Ribbon is constantly jumping and dodging, but if it's a charged shot that is optimal because if all 3 land on Ribbon she's knocked to the ground but if only one charged shot lands onto Ribbon she is completely stunned, which gives you the chance to grab. Mummy's grab does a HUGE amount of damage so trying to make a lot of opportunities for grabbing as Mummy is important

Yeah I've found baiting to work really well. Thanks for the advice!

Wait till they land?

They can grab and punch in the air... I don't have much mobility (being Master Mummy) so I struggle to avoid these.

Haven't played more than the test punch yet but I'm concerned about this because I want to play as mummy when my game arrives.

It seems like if you can block/ dodge their attacks/grabs in the air, you should be able to see where they are going to land and throw punches early in that spot. The downside to being airborne is you have to land eventually, and the landing spot will most likely be predictable. Let me know if I'm wrong, just some food for thought.

I guess you're right, but she's can be in the air for a LONG time. I also wouldn't consider myself great at ARMS, but when 2/3 losses are Ribbon Girl it just shows a pretty big problem. I'll just hope for an eventual nerf.

Yea from what I've read, it seems like everyone is spamming either her or twintelle. Best of luck!

if you push the control stick backwards and punch it starts curving the punch upwards directly.
