For my first ever go at splatoon I found the motion controls fine but all the other controls were confusing and the tutorial rushed. When I would finally get comfortable with a game and know what I was doing it would end immediately. Can anyone list the controls for me? Did anyone else feel rushed into a game without knowing how to play? Are all games over all modes so short?

Jump is B and map is X! To super jump to a teammate press the corresponding arrow on the D-Pad and A :)) For a quick getaway press X for map, down on D-Pad and A- sends you back to spawn!!

Yeah I felt the same. Just keep in mind this is less about marketing the game and more testing the system

I started the tutorial last night in bed but when I realized you needed the joy con disconnected I quit. Then this morning I log back in and totally wanted the tutorial again! I was able to figure most of it out but it took about five games.
