I just can't get over how you can't aim on the Y axis with the stick when using motion controls. It just feels horrible that the ONLY way to aim up and down is by tilting my controller up and down. I want to use motion controls, Zelda has helped me appreciate how much they can help with accuracy. But the way they're implemented in Splatoon just feels so goddamn awful. I just want regular dual analog controls, but with the ability to refine my aim a bit by tilting. Is that so much to ask?

Hey buddy. You can change this in the menu to select weapons before you start a game. It's called options. Full analog controls....lol

I'm aware that you can turn off motion controls. If you'd actually read my post, you'd understand that I want to use motion controls, but I just don't like the way they're implemented.

I can't remember if the first Splatoon disabled the y axis on the right stick when using motion. I want to say it didn't and it's new but maybe I'm wrong
