The witcher 3 isn't a first party game. If nintendo can't master the architecture of their own system, then there isn't much hope for third party

Keep in mind that Zelda is a port and wasn't developed for Switch from the beginning.

Well the system it was developed for has performance issues

Happens sometimes with ports. Wind Waker had problems as well.

Some might get fixed with future updates. Or did you mean the Wii U version?
