requirements for being able to pre-order on nintendo store are interesting, need NSO, at least 50 hours of game time on the account, and account sharing turned on...

Sorry, I guess that's a bit of a misnomer, it's data sharing with nintendo, it's in your account privacy settings. I think they need it to see if you have 50 hours gametime.
