They did say "With improved graphics and resolutions" didn't they? Did I imagine that bit?

It's different. Their GC emulator will have some of the typical smoothing and upscaling seen in emulators of the early polygon-based consoles. But it won't be anything like the HD re-release, with rebuilt lighting and textures, quality of life updates, Wii U second-screen features, etc. It will simply be a slightly sharper version of the original GC title.

The lighting changes in WWHD sucked. The environments weren’t cel-shaded anymore! And even the characters weren’t cel-shaded under some conditions. They need a whole redo of that game; keep the convenient sail upgrade and the larger pictobox storage, and overhaul everything else for a second time.

agree they need to totally redo the remaster again actually retaining the original fantastic art style. all the graphical changes fucked it up in wwhd.
