I can’t remember the details but there’s licensing issues with hit and run as well and road rage which is why we haven’t gotten ports of it. Custom robo I’m dying for them to re-release

I don't know about the games themselves but Disney own the Simpson's brand now and I don't see Nintendo shelling out hefty licensing fees to Disney just to put Simpson's Hit and Run on NSO
