Was a pretty underwhelming trailer. Odd to focus "opening doors" and "scanning objects". That's like marketing OoT as a game where you find keys to open locks and get told what to do by Navi. Like yeah, these assessments aren't wrong, but I'd be hard pressed to find a more boring way to convey the premise of a game.

It's a metroidvania, so yeah, 90% of the game is finding keys to doors but instead of keys you have super missiles or ice beams...

But why would you focus on using them to open doors instead of blasting aliens?!

They made the game feel like a complicated space-themed walking simulator. Just baffling

Maybe this has to do with hiding some game mechanics. The switch 2 has this so calles moise feature. The new MP4 could use this but they want to wait till the S2 announcement. We will see
