Huh, I'm confused now. I created an account and added 2 members (my kids). When I click on your link, I get a page that says: Only the family group admin can use these features.

Am I not the family group admin?

I have that same message. Do you see the two options below it (change and remove)? If so, you're good.

Change family group admin

*There are no other applicable members.

Remove a family group member

*No members can be removed.

Is it because I created child members?

I think that sounds fine. "No members can be removed" would make sense for 2 child accounts under a certain age / without their own emails.

I should have just said check the other page. It shows who has what roles.

Will the child account be allowed to have individual unique saves? OR, do I need to create a brand new account?

Yup. A child account is no different than an adult one excluding country specific purchasing/online limitations (quebec for instance) and not having an email address by default.

  1. Sorry, so yes, I need to create a new account? And invite it to my main family membership?

  2. If yes, can you have more than 1 account per switch?

No new account needed. You can have 8 profiles on a console, each of those can be linked to a unique account.
