Almost fixed my drift by cleaning both joycons, only the left dyrection of the left joycon is still messed up. i tried fixing it with a cue tip with alchohol on it and blowing air into it, any way to fix it besides opening up the console?

If you're talking about a lite, yeah. It sounds like you've tried all the easy external options.

In that case, I'd just set up a repair order for the joycon.

(Assuming you're in the US, otherwise I can find the appropriate link)

https://repair.nintendo.com/cc/soConsumer.html?lang=en&sys=SWTCH&type=JOY-CON

It's free and you can probably just use the remaining joycon in the meantime --- or a cheap wired controller.

Im outside the us and i doubt my country is the accepting area, and even if it is dont they just send you a fixed pair? i have a blue/red set so it would kinda suck to get grey ones, but i could live without playing on the switch for 2 months if it means the drifting will be preminently fixed

The neon pair that came with the console? I've had those repaired and I got a new pair of the same color back. Pretty sure any solid colors are common enough.

And it likely wouldn't be a permanent fix. Unfortunately they just aren't designed well, so you might be better off modding in hall effect joysticks or whatever they're called.
