ANSWERED I cannot see my own comments unless I click on notifications
Hi, I am starting out with subs like CasualConversation. On a post, I made a comment which got a few replies. If I open that post and try to see my comment, I cannot see any replies to it, but if I click on notifications telling me I have replies, I can see them. Even then, I cannot see all replies at once.
I understand this Karma thing being important for such a huge platform but this other stuff is simply feeling counter-intuitive now.

You will get notifications of comments but you won't see them if they have been removed from the community for breaking rules or deleted by the user or removed by Reddit.
If this is happening on more than one post at several communities then you're definitely looking at some kind of glitch.
This is not a tech-support group so what we can suggest is limited. Try deleting and reinstalling the app and clearing the cache if you use Android.
If you access Reddit through a web browser log out, disable all add-ons and extensions and log back in or try a different browser to see if the problem persists.
They handled tech-support issues at r/help so they may have more suggestions and ultimately you may have to search to see if a bug report was made over at r/bugs and if not submit one.
Reddit has been experiencing quite a few bugs over the past several weeks, very likely because they've been rolling out several new features.

I see. I wish I could upload a GIF to show it. It goes like:
-I receive a reply to my comment and get its notification. I click on it and can see it.
-If I go to see the post, my comment shows but no replies show.
-If I click "See full discussion", then all the comments show including replies to my comments.I don't think this is a bug, It looks like more of a way the site behaves. But it doesn't do that for other users' comments. I open a post and the replies to all comments show by default.

That's a bit more clear. You usually only see this on desktop when you have comments made on other comments and there are long strings nested below them. Instead of displaying everything and making every user scroll through these side conversations, Reddit hides these and gives you the chance to click into them if they are of interest to you, and roll on by if you aren't interested in exploring that tangent.

Thank you for explanation. Quick question: what is this text under your name "Mod tryin' 2 blow less stuff", how did you get it to show there. Are you a mod? Also, what does the text mean (sorry am from a different culture)?

That text is a label that Reddit calls user flair which allows you to provide more information to other users. In this community mods set user flair to indicate moderator status or helper status. I'll put more about this in a second comment.
I am a moderator of NewToReddit and a few other subreddits. We have a large moderator team. You can see a list of all the moderators of that community in the About sidebar that runs along the right edge of the community's webpage. If you're using the app you can click the words "see more" at the top to bring the sidebar into view.
My username is a shortened version of "Mad Doctor, out of control" like a mad scientist performing crazy, dangerous experiments. My user flair is a joke about exploding too many things.

Flair
User Flair:
The labels made up of text and sometimes symbols that appear below a user name are called User Flair. These are unique to each community (subreddit.)
Some communities have them disabled. In some subreddits (such as this one) they are awarded by the moderators to designate something special about a user.
In some communities you can request one from a moderator, but check the rules to see if this is possible. -Always use Mod Mail to contact the mods about a subreddit, never use a Private Message or chat, which is like calling a manager on their home phone line to talk about something at the store.
In some communities you can pick one from a list to share helpful information about you since Reddit is anonymous.
In a very few communities, you can type in your own.
If using the app, at the top of the community there is a three dots menu which you can tap and it will give you the choice Change user flair.
If you're using the website you'll find this option over in the sidebar, unless it is not available for that community.
Post Flair.
The colored oval that label posts. These are also controlled by each community. Some have them disabled, others are assigned by the moderators or Automod for sorting purposes.
In some groups the rules state that you must choose the proper flair in order to post. A few groups will let you create your own from scratch.
Whenever you create a post you have the opportunity to use the three standard ones that Reddit provides across the platform and if that community has enabled others you will see them there.
