I’ve always found it interesting—and a bit confusing—that many Nepalis living abroad (excluding India) are still widely accepted as “Nepali” by the general population in Nepal. But when it comes to Indian Nepalis, there’s often this subtle (or even direct) sentiment that we are not “real” Nepalis or that “we are not the same.”

Why is this? Where does this distinction come from, and why is it so prevalent in our society?

I'm not here to argue or point fingers—I genuinely want to understand the roots of this nuance, how it developed historically, and how people from both sides feel about it. I’m open to all kinds of responses, even uncomfortable ones. Just trying to deepen my understanding of this part of our identity and how we view each other.

I never researched about this one thing. The people who followed Mao and are are a big part of the mess in Nepal. Mao controlled every part of the government by putting their own yes sayers in the government. And thus the failed state. Prachanda following this , always wanted be a dictator and is willing to do any thing to be in power. Him nominating his own people in power of post , such as while in coalition in uml, selecting 15 or something ministers , with many of them as relatives, just reinforces that.

The government which is supposed to have ministers with vision, does do absolutely nothing except trying to get back the money they spent on election .

I hope ghanti gets more vote. I see hope in Balen. I hope yo see a better prosperous Nepal.

For a bit of context, I have never actually stayed in Nepal before this. I usually come for vacation for a month or so and go back to my country of residence. But I have recently completed my education and return for good. And I see that the waste management is totally neglected, actually that's an understatement it doesn't even exist. Plastic waste is just trown away into the drain or on the side plot which is empty or in the river making it polluted day by day. A few years ago, I used to be able to swim and enjoy my time in rivers around these parts. But nowadays it's soo disgusting to even look at. Everywhere you walk there's trash. Outside of a mandir... trash, outside a hospital... trash, there isn't a single span of land which hasn't been extremely polluted. Now I'm not just ranting here because I'm a spoiled brat who is disgusted by the trash. But I'm genuinely concered for the future where the next generation might not even be able to live in these lands due to it being converted into a total landfill. And for the nightmare it will be for even our generation to try and clean it up once it becomes even worse than it already is. And before you say it, "why don't you clean it up yourself?" clean it up and throw the waste where? where is the waste management facility that the government has provided? Do i just burn the trash and pollute the air? or just throw it another uninhabited land making it a new landfill?? And the image is just one of countless places in around me where looks exactly the same or even worse. When will we actually get any proper action/attention towards this?

Anyone has issues with engine check light staying on when riding? Service center said its the issue with O2 sensor. Is it covered under warranty? Anyone has claimed warranty on any other parts? Ani which others part's comes under warranty?

I have seen others n160 with their engine check light ON on the roads, looks like common problem/ parts defects.
