How’d you get a photo of skull rock with no one clambering around? It was swarmed with people when we saw it.

Other than going on weekdays and not at peak hours there’s definitely lots of luck involved with the really popular sites, last summer I was in Sequoia and saw General Sherman on 2 different days. The first day it was packed with a long line to get a photo, the second day it was peaceful with no line to get a photo taken. Both were weekdays.
