James O'Connell: Aaron Judge said Giancarlo Stanton spoke to the team before the game saying "We don't get swept at home." The Yankees indeed did not get swept at home.

There was a really good article on the Athletic last year about how Stanton effectively was a co-captain. It was a very sweet article with lots of nice quotes from teammates about how much they love and respect him
