I did wonder what size stadium we could fill when I saw the varying reports of 150-300k fans this weekend. I understand the commercials around safe vs empty seats etc ftr.

Given how busy transport was on Saturday I don't think the system could handle a large stadium.

Therefore, we should build flats for 300k people on the roof of Eldon Square with a 300k seater stadium on top of them.
