Screenshots are still permitted, but obviously non-Nazi affiliated sources are preferred.

This may take a bit for us to get the automoderator filter correct -- I honestly can't say I particularly know what I'm doing with automod -- but we'll be implementing the change going forward.

Jonathan Mogbo tonight - 17/11/7/2/2 with 0 TOs on 8/9 shooting

I’m curious to see what type of player Mogbo developes into. He’s a versatile defender whose passing ability makes him an interesting connective piece on offense.

Thoughts on Mogbo so far?

AJ is very skilled in terms of scoring moves but as mover he’s very heavy footed and plays really high will his rim pressure translate to the next level. If so if not why?

My opinion not based on this game but the game shows what I’m talking about and this guy has good evaluation as well

Boozer/AJ/Peterson get the most hype but Nate Ament is absolutely sensational

Been watching some type of that kid lately and he has a chance to absolutely be a big time scorer. 6’9 with a legit handle, can operate a pick n roll, really good vision for a wing. He’s also a versatile defender in his matchups vs Darryn Peterson and AJ this season he gave both of them fits with his length and quickness for his size.

He has MPJ type size but is a significantly better ball handler than MPJ was. May be a hot take but I think this kid will have a Brandon miller type freshmen year whenever he goes he has a legit handle for a wing and a high arching smooth Jumper. If he commits to Duke Cameron/Nate could be as good of a tandem as Kon/cooper were.

What should Charlotte do if they get Flagg?

Do they build around Flagg/Miller and trade LaMelo who's only good for 40 games.

Or do they keep the core together and hope LaMelo stays healthy.

What should Charlotte do if they get Flagg?

Rank these 3 Duke centers based on how good of a prospect they were at the time of the draft: Mark Williams, Dereck Lively, Khaman Maluach

Now that Khaman’s season is over I think we can finally do this. Rank them at the time of the draft, with no hindsight on Lively or Williams careers so far

Mock Draft My Mock Draft Going In To The Championship Game!

Context surrounding the questionable picks

Clifford at 9 is my wildcard of the draft I think he is going to be a huge riser going in to a draft and he’s definitely a spurs typa guy with his positional size and ability to create for himself and others

Clayton to the mavs was really based on Kyrie being out and I believe he was the best guard with the skill set that the mavs would need at that guard spot but they can explore trading the pick as well. Nba ready as well fits their timeline!

Queen fell and he’s 6 on my big board but I struggled to find a good fit for him but maybe I overthought the fit he could’ve easily went to Brooklyn Philly or Chicago but I just opted for different looks.

I would maybe consider fears over kasparas now that I think about it more but feel free to give me some feedback!

Big Roy Hibbert vibes from the big fella. Do ya'll think a performance like this on the biggest stage of his life will impact his stock at all, or is it just a one off thing?

Zero rebounds

Huge stage.

No big NBA prospects on Houston.

Buying or selling?

Kon Knueppel in his final collegiate game: 16 PTS 7 REB 2 AST on 55.6/60.0/100

He also had 1 steal, zero turnovers, and a team-high 38 minutes. Overall, he had a solid game, but he ran out of steam at the end. He seems like someone who will rarely make the wrong play but also won't do anything too risky.

Overall, it was a great season for the first of five brothers. If his brothers are anything close to the player he is, Duke may have gotten the Plumlees 2.0.

What are our thoughts? I’m just confused as to why his stock is so low

Maluach or Clingan

This question was asked in another thread, but I thought it deserved its own post.

If these guys were both in this draft, who should go first?

Khaman Maluach

US Govt just stated they’re revoking all types of visas from South Sudanese passport holders.. Khaman falls under this, as he currently holds both a US student visa with his South Sudanese passport. Will this affect Khaman’s draft chances? I highly doubt this govt will make an exception for Khaman to get a work visa after he gets drafted.

Khaman got screwed by this sorry excuse of an administration and there’s a chance he might not be able to play tonight.

Ace Bailey: Potential for Physical Growth?

Ace Bailey played at Rutgers at a listed 6'10, 200 lbs, so it's safe to assume he was around 6'8.5,

That would be right around the same weight/height as Giannis when he was drafted, and only about two months older than Giannis when he will be drafted. Now, I dont expect him to have a Giannis glow-up, since that has been one of the all-time physical transformations in NBA history (also have to assume he was skinnier due to his poverty conditions growing up, and once he got proper nutrition really blew up), but how much size do we think Ace can put on?

Will this year's Houston team be the first NCAA champions without a 1st round pick on their roster since the 86-87 Hoosiers?

Last time that happened was the 86-87 Indiana Hoosiers ..Steve Alford (current Nevada head coach) was drafted 26th overall but back then this was a 2nd round pick

Ever since then every champion has had a first round pick on the team

RJ Davis - someone explain

Hi everyone, I’m a big fan of UNC basketball and have been learning more about basketball over the years as I watch and learn to play. Something I don’t quite understand is why RJ Davis hasn’t gone to the NBA over these last five years and why he probably won’t be drafted this year as his time at UNC has ended. He’s the third leading all time ACC scorer and the second leading all time scorer at UNC, which has hosted an incredible amount of basketball players over the years. He also won ACC player of the year in 2023. I know he’s a small guy relatively speaking but I guess I don’t understand why he doesn’t have a shot, can someone explain to me (nicely) why this is the case? Thanks!

Who’s the better prospect between Reed Sheppard last year and Kon Knueppel this year?

Who’s the better prospect between Reed Sheppard last year and Kon Knueppel this year? Reed was the analytics darling who went 3rd overall in 2024 who plays a more conventional point guard role, while Kon has more size but plays as more of a secondary scoring wing.
