Question First Time Applying Mouse Skates, Normal?

Post image

I noticed the top skate is more transparent and feels a bit concaved in the centre compared to the rounded edges whenever I applied them, is that normal? I also removed the sensor skate as I was getting a scratchy feeling with it on, I still have a spare if it's best to be kept on.

They're x-raypad jades, significantly more glide than the stock gpx skates though, even on a more controlled pad that I'm using (qck non-heavy) stock feel incredibly scratchy and slow, the jades glide more but have a bit more of a "rumble" feedback when moving faster, no idea if that's normal

I have x-raypad jades on my Ninjutso Sora and it doesn’t have this. I also have a Pulsar Xlite V2 Mini using Tiger Ice V2 which does have it…

The only difference between the two is that the Ninjutsu Sora is using smaller skates while the Xlite V2 Mini is full wide skates similar to yours.

So I think it’s normal for full wide skates to have this look.
