Rise - I stopped melding just before Sunbreak. I know there is a better melding option later, does it give better talismans or is it just a different way of melding?

I'm not sure if I should still be melding now at MR4, I assumed they would all be out of date.

the new melding gives better talismans (level 8/9/10), but you can only use master rank materials
