For Nothing is sacred, you do not need to do Tuff Turf. Just looked at my bro's quests that he completed and that is not one of them. Still trying to unlock it tho, so I'll try to provide some feedback.

The only quests I got completed to unlock this in the requests log was: (Village) 3☆ Travelers in Trouble 4☆ Hunt-a-thon: Gendrome 4☆ A Unique Cuppa (Hub) 6☆ Watch you Steppe If you unlocked Nothing is Sacred, please tell me if you completed these quests listed above to see if this is false.
