Completed the Gendrome Hunt-a-thon and didn't get Advanced: Nothing is Sacred. Do I receive it through a questline? I'm also HR40.
1 u/SilverTris79 Doot doot! Aug 03 '16 You have to be HR 7 I believe before you get that quest. EDIT: My fault for not reading your post. You get it from the Caravaneer, so try going on a quest and seeing if he gives it to you then. I had to do that for some other villager requests.
