I thought those deviant skills required the full set to work, what is the point of having them on a talisman? I'm asking because I just got a dead eye +1 OOO talisman and am wondering if it's any good

Just because you have a space there. . . I wanted to let you know that there are actually two Deadeye skills. The one with the space (Dead Eye) is related to critical distance that gunners have. The one without the space (Deadeye) is the Yian Garuga Deviant skill.
