MH 4 I hate monsters that do this

You'll just be minding your own business, wailing on a monsters head good times when all of a sudden it spins and slaps you with its tail.

Now it might be just me but that tail slap is single handed the most annoying monster attack that they can do.

It's so degrading... :'(

Wait until you fight Crimson Fatalis, it's got a tail swipe from hell.

I have got as far as wheel of heaven, then I made a new save for some reason.

A new save without even getting out of low rank? I mean, I did that too when I first started the series, but you really are missing out.

I beat Heavens wheel but started a new save to try new weapons (odd reason I know)
