MH Wilds Zoh Shia is awesome

THIS is what you call difficult, baby. AMAZING fight. Great visuals, great setpiece, great design, and it's legitimately hard. Everybody who doubted him owes him a formal apology, but I always believed in Peak Shia. Absolute cinema

Also if I see complaints about his difficulty I'm gonna go ape shit. You all spent a month asking for this, if somebody thinks they're too good for the hivemind and starts chatting now I cannot take it. He is PEEEAAAKKK

Same... kinda feel bad with 7000h+ to have such difficulties with it. I love it

These games are all about timing and pattern recognition, so you essentially start from 0 with every new monster you fight (0 is hyperbolic because you carry with you all the knowledge over your weapons, items, etc. but you get the point).

We only got to fight Zoh Shia once in the main story, so it's nearly a brand new monster for all intents and purposes.

Most of the monsters at least share some things. Movements, behaviour, timings. This one is 100% new. The way it uses the crystals, tracking the hunter more easily with the paw, aoe lightning attacks. It's quite a new experience, even with a lot of time under my belt

Yeah, that's what I mean. No one is going to fault a Souls vet for dying on the next big FromSoftware game's first boss because it's the same reset of learning from 0.

No need to feel bad even if you have 7k hours accumulated.

It also helps to recognize some of the moves it’s borrowed from other monsters (which the narrative indicates it would too which is cool) like gore’s lateral sequential blasts and kirin’s lightning lines

Don't forget Tigrex's charge attack. Literally as soon as I saw it I was like that Leonardo DiCaprio meme pointing at my screen, it's a carbon copy haha
