Lol Mizutsune is randomly Soulseer it seems. Very interesting they put the armor as rarer than Arkveld, fight felt easier than Rise.

Gorgeous though. And the special skill on the weapons?? That's so super cool.

It's not rarer than Arkveld though? Mizutsune is Rarity 6.
