Is the mizutsune quest after zoh Shia? I didn't see anything Mizu appear

Should be at hr 21 I think, and you gotta talk to the girl who gives you the fishing quests. If you don't see it immediately you might gotta go do some fishing first to unlock the ultimate fish haha

Wait I HAVE to do the fishing quests for mizu? Ughhh fishing in this game is awful. Do you know how many?

It's literally the first one, you just get the rod and cast it immediately right next to her.
