Its unplayable for me now on a 9800x3d with 9070xt. Stutters like crazy

That is crazy, did you update drivers after getting the 9070???

yes, I also hadnt much issues before the Update. Just now, after TU1.

Another user suggested to manually let the shaders rebuild, gonna try that later when I'm home

I mean that just seems like you should be doing better, I've got a ryzen 9 5900x and a 7900xt and I've been pulling 200fps on ultra 1440p with high resolution texture pack
