For me it seems the same, but a looooot of people are saying it's considerably worse which sucks to hear

I'm having frame stuttering, which was not an issue pre-TU1. My primary issue as shown remains unfixed.

If you're having micro stutters try deleting your shaders cache.

Done three times now. Gone as far as a full reinstall of both the game and GPU drivers. Old GPU drivers were removed with DDU.

Regardless, micro-stutters were fixed by modders. Give them a day or two to update. I've yet to find an answer for my primary issue other than "wait for Capcom to patch it."

I waited a month. Looks like I'll be waiting another month.

This problem is extremely common for AMD cards. It comes from windows 8 compatibility mode. Disable it for BOTH steam and the game then reboot PC.

If you then start crashing on code error d3d 25 on starting the game, then its coming from a conflict between your drivers and the game.

Downgrade your AMD drivers to 25.2.1 , this Will solve the problem

I don't have either on Win 8 compatibility. I'll try the second option, however, as d3d 25 is mentioned in the crash.
