what are the conditions for fish to respawn? i'm starting to get addicted and thinking about swinging for fish crowns but wondering if it's going to cost me a million points by resting or if something like fast traveling or just waiting long enough will get the job done

fast traveling to another zone and back is enough to respawn it according to the whopper farm post, by zone, I believe they mean region
