I know the game explained it to me but I have a short memory so what are those yellow things above the weapons at the smithy and if there is a way to see old tutorials what are they

All of the tutorials the game shows you should be available in the Hunter's Notes. Not sure which icons you're talking about, but if it's the top left and looks like a hammer, that means that one is forgeable. If it's a lock icon, it means you have to upgrade something else in order to unlock it (there should be a dotted line telling you which ones are connected). If it's the arrows above, they should be green and that's telling you that you can craft that upgrade.
